Interim Help for Residents
The Interim COping Package for Economic Downturn (I COPE) is a one-year pilot programme that was launched in January 2009 by South West Community Development Council (SWCDC)to provide interim financial assistance to those retrenched and unemployed residents in an economic downturn. We are pleased to inform residents that the successful programme has been extended.

The aim of iCOPE is to fulfill the 3Rs objectives of bringing interim Relief to affected residents and households who meet the qualifying criteria for the help schemes, help them build Resilience and be ready and able to Rebound from the impact of the downturn. Please see here for details.
